Valerie Holland , M.A. M.S., is a Biofeedback and Neurofeedback Trainer and maintains a mobile practice in Clark County, Washington and the Greater Portland Area.
From 1985 through 2009, Valerie taught psychology as an adjunct professor and a tenured professor at several colleges and universities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Her particular areas of concentration were human learning and lifespan human development. During this time she gave numerous presentations and conducted workshops in her discipline at regional, national, and international conferences.
In 2010, Valerie and her husband, George Fritz Ed.D., moved to Kauai, and opened Brainwaves Kauai, a neurofeedback and biofeedback center. For ten years, George and Valerie offered their services to the residents and visitors on the island. In 2020, they decided to close their practice on Kauai, and to relocate to the Mainland to be closer to their family and lifelong friends.
